On the afternoon of November 9, 2023, the College held a student symposium on Teaching quality inspection in the first semester of the 2023-2024 academic year in conference rooms E302 and E407. More than 60 students, including Party Secretary Hu Fuguang, vice President Wang Lei, Du Chao, Liu Huiqin, study committee members of each class and student representatives, attended the symposium.
The meeting listened to the feedback of each student on the teaching effect of the teacher, most of the students evaluated: the teacher is serious and responsible, can use a variety of forms to teach the course, the lecture is lively and interesting, the classroom atmosphere is good, the theory and practice are combined, the strict requirements of the students, the teaching effect is good. At the same time, it also reveals some problems in teachers' teaching work: the ppt courseware content of individual teachers is not completely consistent with the new textbooks, the teacher's lecture voice is low, the progress is fast, and the words are not clear.
Hu Fuguang made a concluding speech on the symposium, encouraging 2023 freshmen to change their learning methods as soon as possible, quickly adapt to college life, and cultivate their self-learning ability; Senior students should consolidate professional ideas, strictly demand themselves, do a good job in the combination of theory and practice for future development planning, lay a good foundation, in order to better apply professional knowledge to production practice.
